Join us for a beginner-friendly run through Downtown Phoenix with the Soft Girl Movement Club.

This session includes light intervals to make running approachable for everyone:
2 minute run / 3 minute walk.

Whether you’re brand new to running or just want to move your body in community, this is a welcoming space to show up exactly as you are.

We’ll run 1 mile together, then hang out after for coffee and conversation.
