This event blends movement, mindfulness, and community connection to help you reset before the holidays. Expect an energizing HIIT session, a signature Heartspace yoga sculpt + restorative flow, immersive 9D meditation on the lawn, and our curated Altitude Bazaar featuring local artisans, wellness activations, and thoughtful gifting opportunities.

SLS LUX Brickell – Altitude Pool Deck & Lawn

Pause will be popping up with recovery boots, IVs, B12 shots, NAD+ shots and more! 

Silver Mirror will be onsite offering FREE Mini Facials to our community. They will also have products to sample, some free swag and options to purchase gift certficates!

Dr. Hesham will be onsite offering complementary consultations + body work treatments. He will also have a masseuse giving community members 10 minute massages. 

Truvani holiday themed swag bag is included with each ticket. Organic grass-fed protein powders. 

MCharms will be there with her charm bar. 

Alexandra will be offering a group 9D meditation and breathwork session at 10am. She is offering mini 1:1 sessions 11:30-1pm during the Altitude Bazaar.

azure matcha will be serving a menu of three beverages: the SLS LUX strawberry, the eternal sunshine latte (mango-passionfruit), and honey vanilla latte for purchase. azure matcha will be serving their honey vanilla matcha and hydration shots complimentary.

I acknowledge that participation in the SweatPals event hosted by Heartspace Collective may involve physical activity, movement, exercise, and/or outdoor conditions. I understand that these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: slips, falls, injuries, dehydration, illness, and other unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks.
2. Health & Fitness Responsibility
I affirm that I am in good physical condition and capable of participating safely. I agree that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participation if I have any concerns regarding my health, fitness level, or ability to engage in physical activities.
3. Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily assume all risks—known or unknown—associated with participating in this event, including any risks that may arise from the negligence of the organizers, volunteers, venue, or other participants.
4. Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Heartspace Collective, its owners, organizers, partners, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage I may experience as a result of participating in this event.
5. Personal Property
I understand that Heartspace Collective is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during the event.
6. Photography & Media Release
I grant permission for Heartspace Collective to capture photos or videos of the event, including images of me, for use in promotional materials, social media, or marketing. If I prefer not to be photographed, I will inform the organizers in advance.
7. Compliance with Event Guidelines
I agree to follow all event rules, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by Heartspace Collective and its representatives.
8. Binding Agreement
I certify that I am at least 18 years old, or, if under 18, that my parent/guardian has reviewed and approved this waiver. This waiver is binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
