Join **Solstice Collective** for a guided **Hybrid Movement Reset** designed to wake up the body, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you with intentional movement.

This experience blends **strength, mobility, and breathwork** through a sequence of **calisthenics, primal movement patterns, and Pilates-based control work**, creating a well-rounded session that builds strength while improving mobility and body awareness.



Rather than a traditional workout class, this session focuses on **quality movement, controlled strength, and mindful transitions** — helping you move better, feel better, and reset your body for the week ahead.



Hosted inside **Fabletics at Mall at Millenia**, this experience is intentionally kept small to create a welcoming environment where **movement, community, and connection** come together.

Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

By registering for and/or participating in the Fabletics Community Pilates Session led by Xavier Báez and hosted inside the Fabletics retail location (“the Event”), I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that the Event includes physical movement, Pilates-based exercise, mobility work, breathing practices, and other forms of physical activity that may involve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular exertion.

I acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks including, but not limited to:

• muscle strain
• soreness or fatigue
• dizziness
• falls or loss of balance
• aggravation of pre-existing conditions
• other physical injury

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the Event and any related activities.

2. Physical Condition & Medical Clearance

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in this Event and do not have any medical condition that would prevent safe participation.

I understand that it is my responsibility to:

• modify movements when needed
• take breaks when necessary
• stop participation if I experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort

I acknowledge that no medical advice is being provided during this Event and that I should consult a physician prior to participating if I have any concerns regarding my health or physical limitations.

3. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Event, I hereby release, waive, and discharge:

• Solstice Collective
• InerXia Training
• Xavier Báez
• Fabletics
• Event staff, partners, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates

from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from or related to participation in the Event.

This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to:

• personal injury
• illness
• property damage
• emotional distress
• death

whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Personal Responsibility & Movement Modifications

I understand that participation in the Event is voluntary.

I acknowledge that demonstrations, cues, or guidance provided by the instructor are general in nature and do not replace my personal responsibility to exercise judgment and caution.

I agree to move within my personal limits and respect my body throughout the session.

5. Retail Venue Acknowledgment

I understand that the Event takes place inside a retail store environment. I acknowledge that the space may include:

• clothing racks
• display fixtures
• limited floor space
• hard flooring surfaces

I agree to exercise caution while moving within the space and assume all risks associated with participating in physical activity within this environment.

6. Partner Activations & Sampling Disclaimer

I understand that Event partners may provide optional activations such as product sampling, wellness experiences, or brand promotions.

Participation in any partner activation is voluntary, and I assume all risks associated with engaging in these offerings.

7. Media Release

I grant permission to Solstice Collective, InerXia Training, Xavier Báez, and Fabletics to use photographs, video recordings, or audio captured during the Event for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.

I understand that these materials may be used across social media, websites, promotional campaigns, and future event marketing without compensation or prior approval.

8. Donation-Based Event Acknowledgment

I understand that this Event is donation-based and that my participation does not guarantee any specific services, products, or outcomes beyond the described class experience.

9. Agreement & Acknowledgment

I certify that I have read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability.

By registering for or attending the Event, I voluntarily agree to all terms outlined in this document and acknowledge that I am waiving certain legal rights.
