Join us as we align body, mind, and spirit with the power of the Summer Solstice — the longest day of the year, when light is at its peak and energy invites us to reflect, renew, and realign.

This is a sacred pause— a chance to check in with yourself.

Through movement, breath, guided journaling, and the strength of a supportive community, we’ll create space to reset and refocus for the season ahead.
