An intimate New Moon day retreat to ground, express and connect through yoga, breath, sound healing, nourishing bites and soulful connection.

SOMA SOCIAL: A New Moon Gathering is an intimate, half-day wellness experience created to help you step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and share meaningful space with like-minded community.

Inspired by the energy of the New Moon, the day will unfold through three intentions: ground, express, and connect. We’ll begin by grounding through journaling, intention setting, yoga, and breathwork. From there, we’ll move into expression through ecstatic dance and sound healing before opening into connection over cacao, nourishing food, wellness experiences, and community.

Your ticket includes:

* Guided journaling and New Moon intention setting
* Yoga and breathwork
* Ecstatic dance
* Sound healing
* Ceremonial cacao
* Light lunch and refreshments
* Sauna and cold plunge access
* Henna art
* Mini facials
* Access to curated wellness vendors
* Giveaway entry
* Time to connect, explore, and simply be

Come on your own or bring a friend. No previous yoga or movement experience is required—just arrive with an open mind and a willingness to experience something new.

This gathering is intentionally limited to approximately 30 guests to preserve the intimate atmosphere and allow space for genuine connection.
