A Nervous System Reset

SOMATIC is an intentionally curated immersion designed for high-functioning individuals who struggle to slow down.

This is not a workout.
This is not hype wellness.
This is not performance.

This is a guided return to your body.

Over 2.5 hours, you will move through a carefully structured arc designed to regulate the nervous system, soften internal tension, and restore grounded presence.



## The Experience

**Qi Gong**
A breath-led movement practice that gently circulates energy, opens the joints, and transitions the body out of mental overdrive and into embodied awareness.

**Tai Chi**
Slow, controlled movement rooted in internal strength and steady focus. This practice cultivates grounded presence through intentional flow.

**Reiki & Crystal-Based Energy Work**
Subtle, supportive practices offered in a consent-based environment to encourage release, restoration, and internal recalibration.

**Ceremonial Cacao**
A guided ritual moment designed to soften emotional armor and deepen presence. Participation is always optional and choice-based.

**Sound Bath Integration**
A full-body auditory immersion that settles the nervous system and anchors the experience into stillness before re-entry.

Each layer builds intentionally.
Nothing is rushed.
Nothing is random.



## SOMATIC Integration Ritual Kit

The first 15 confirmed guests will receive a curated SOMATIC Integration Ritual Kit to continue the reset at home.

Each kit includes a thoughtfully selected collection of grounding ritual elements designed to support reflection, presence, and nervous system regulation beyond the event itself.

Once claimed, they are gone.



## Trauma-Informed & Choice-Based

SOMATIC is designed with autonomy and nervous system safety at its core. Some practices may invite emotional awareness or internal reflection. Participation in every element is optional, and you are encouraged to move at your own pace and honor your boundaries at all times.

Participant Waiver, Release & Assumption of Risk

By registering for and participating in Somatic: A Nervous System Reset, hosted by Solstice Collective, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that Somatic is a holistic wellness experience that may include practices such as Qi Gong, Tai Chi, breathwork, Reiki energy work, sound therapy, gentle movement, crystal healing, and a ceremonial cacao offering. My participation in all activities is voluntary.

2. Not Medical Care

I acknowledge that the practices offered are not medical or psychological treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. I am responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional regarding any concerns I may have.

3. Physical & Emotional Awareness

I understand that somatic, movement-based, and energy-based practices may involve physical movement (including Qi Gong and Tai Chi), stillness, sound, breathwork, touch (where applicable and consented to), and emotional awareness. I agree to listen to my body, honor my limits, and stop or modify participation at any time.

4. Cacao Acknowledgment

I understand that ceremonial cacao contains natural caffeine and other active compounds. I confirm that I am not knowingly contraindicated for cacao consumption, or I choose to opt out of cacao participation at my discretion.

5. Consent & Trauma-Informed Touch Practices

I understand that some experiences during Somatic may involve optional, non-sexual, supportive touch (such as Reiki, hands-on guidance, or assisted bodywork), which will only be offered with my explicit consent.

I acknowledge that:

I may decline or withdraw consent at any time, without explanation

Consent may be communicated verbally, non-verbally, or adjusted during the experience

Choosing not to receive touch does not affect my participation

I understand that facilitators prioritize autonomy, choice, and nervous system safety at all times.

6. Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to physical discomfort, emotional release, or unforeseen reactions.

7. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Solstice Collective, its founders, facilitators, partners, volunteers, and venue representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

8. Personal Responsibility

I affirm that I am participating at my own discretion and take full responsibility for my physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after the event.

9. Media Consent

I understand that photographs or video may be taken during the event. I grant permission for my likeness to be used for promotional purposes unless I notify the organizers in writing prior to the event.

By registering, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.
