Julie is a **trauma-informed Somatic Therapist & Coach** with over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in the wellness industry. Specializing in **Somatic** **Breathwork, Somatic Experiencing, Shadow Work, and nervous system regulation**, she helps people break free from survival mode and reclaim ease, safety, and empowerment in their bodies.

\*Please bring a yoga mat to sit on during breathwork. If you're staying for the sauna and cold plunge, bring swimwear. Towels are available for rent, or you’re welcome to bring your own.

Personal Responsibility – Somatic breathwork can bring up physical, emotional, and psychological responses. You affirm that you are participating voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your well-being. If you have any medical conditions (including but not limited to cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, pregnancy, or severe trauma-related disorders), please consult a healthcare provider before participating.

Not a Substitute for Medical Care – This session is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical or psychological care. If you experience any discomfort, you agree to listen to your body and modify or discontinue as needed.

Liability Release – You release Julie Cielo and event facilitators from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from participation in this session. You assume full responsibility for any risks involved.

Media Consent – Photos or videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed. If you prefer not to be included, please notify the facilitator before the session.
