In **Somatic Meditation**, we learn to use our entire body as a gateway to **presence**, **healing**, and **insight**. By bringing awareness to different parts of the body—rather than avoiding or suppressing them—we create an opportunity for release and transformation.

In this practice, we will ground and center ourselves, locate sensations in the body, bring **loving awareness** to those spaces, integrate and release emotions, and send loving **compassion** to ourselves.

By remaining present—not resisting or distracting ourselves—we develop a witnessing consciousness. This witness is a neutral observer, which helps us release judgment and be at ease with whatever arises.

Through this journey, we learn that by simply bringing loving awareness to our physical sensations, we can **unlock** emotional**** barriers and **deepen** our **connection** with our **true essence**.

Dr. Debajyoti Ray was born in Kolkata, India, and started practicing meditation from a young age. He is a leading A.I. scientist and neuroscientist who wants to harness this technology for wellness. He is excited to share his personal wellness practices with the Las Vegas community.

**Directions: We are located at Fun Wellness Vegas, in the Executive Center Office Complex, 1455 E Tropicana Ave, Suite 100. See picture below for reference. If coming facing East on Tropicana Ave, take a right BEFORE Tamarus Street- unmarked, coming into our office complex. Then, take your first right, and we will be in the first building and suite on your right. If coming facing West on Tropicana Ave, take a left on Tamarus Street, and then a right into the Executive Center complex. Go straight past the first building, we are in the second building on your right, located in the first suite/office on your right.**
