Led by Cherie Amor, this session blends gentle movement, breathwork, and grounding practices tailored to support a sense of calm and community. Whether you're new to somatic work or a familiar face, this is a welcoming space to settle into your body and breathe.



**Agenda**
10:00 – 10:15: Arrival and settling in
10:15 – 11:15: Gentle movement, breathwork, and grounding practice
11:15 onward: Jamu tea by Nusa + brunch bites and good company

Once we've moved and breathed, the morning melts into the best part: warming cups of jamu from Nusa paired with a spread of brunch bites to share. Jamu is Indonesia's traditional herbal tonic, brewed from roots and spices like turmeric, ginger, and tamarind. It's golden, earthy, caffeine-free, and made for slow mornings exactly like this one.&#x20;



We'll have nourishing brunch bites with vegetarian and gluten-free options so everyone has something to savor.&#x20;



Linger as long as you like, pull an oracle card, sip slowly, and connect over a table made for good conversation.

Jamu is Indonesia’s traditional herbal tonic, made from natural roots, herbs, and spices. Ingredients like turmeric, ginger, and tamarind give it a vibrant golden color and bold, earthy flavor.

Jamu’s roots trace back to the Mataram Kingdom, where it was prepared in royal courts and later passed down through generations by local healers and family caretakers.

Today, jamu remains a living tradition. Whether taken for energy, digestion, or daily balance, it carries centuries of wisdom in every cup.

I am voluntarily choosing to participate with full knowledge of these risks.
Health Acknowledgment

I confirm that I am physically able to participate in these activities. I understand that breathwork and movement practices may not be suitable for everyone, including individuals who are pregnant or have cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, a history of seizures, glaucoma, recent surgery, or other medical concerns. I take full responsibility for my own wellbeing and will modify or stop any practice that does not feel right for my body. I have consulted a physician if I have any condition that may be affected by participation.
Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless Renew Collective, its organizers, instructors, facilitators, volunteers, partners, and the venue from any and all claims, liability, or demands arising from my participation in this event, including any injury, illness, or loss, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Food and Beverage

I understand that food and beverages, including herbal jamu tea, will be served. I am responsible for reviewing ingredients and notifying organizers of any allergies or dietary restrictions. I assume responsibility for any reaction related to items I choose to consume.
