BEGINNER FRIENDLY! This is not about perfection, it’s all about feeling comfortable in your body.

In honor of cultivating confidence and mind-body awareness, we’re hosting a fun, spicy, somatic wellness & twerk dance class!

Join us at our lovely garden dance studio, tucked away in Silverlake. Exact studio location to be provided after booking.

You’ll be led through a mini somatic/nervous system fortifying practice by Nia, before being taught a super fun, twerk-based dance choreo by Ashley Cokinis. This practice will inspire you to connect deeper with your body, especially if you’ve felt rather disconnected from it lately. Let’s hang out, dance, and shake some ass!!!!!!!!
