We're bringing the **Sweat on the Ship energy to Palma Day Club** for one epic morning of movement, community, and poolside vibes.



Join us for a **45-minute mat-based strength workout** designed to challenge everyBODY.  We are excited to feature and collab with Coastal Sculpt!



We'll move through full-body strength circuits that build endurance, improve stability, and leave you feeling stronger with every round.  To wrap up the workout, Coastal Sculpt will follow our traditional SOTS strength with their mat based sculpt.



Expect a workout that's equal parts empowering and fun, with plenty of encouragement, modifications for every fitness level, and the signature Sweat on the Ship community you've come to love.



This isn't about perfection—it's about showing up, moving your body, and sharing the experience with an incredible group of people.



And because we're at **Palma Day Club**, the fun doesn't stop when the workout ends. Cool off with a jump in the pool, hang out with friends, grab a drink or bite to eat, and make a morning of it.
