Soul Renewal Day Retreat ✨

Soul Renewal Day Retreat ✨
Hosted by Rising Lotus x Bathe Austin

Step into a blissful day of pure restoration at our Soul Renewal Day Retreat, a sanctuary designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Join us on Saturday, September 20th from 1–5PM CT at the serene oasis of Bathe Austin (2922 East Cesar Chavez).

This immersive retreat is designed as a total reset - a chance to release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself in community. Together, we’ll flow through:

🧘🏻‍♀️ Yoga & Breathwork - awaken your body and release stress through mindful movement and breath
🎶 Sound Bath & Guided Meditation - immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of crystal quartz singing bowls, pan drums, angel chimes, and more that quiet the mind and elevate the soul
🤍 Connection Circle & Community Experiences - cultivate authentic connection in a supportive, community-centered space with like-minded people
🔥 Thermal Spa Rituals - detox and invigorate with 3 different saunas (Finnish, Infrared, Wood Fired) to restore
💧 Mineral Soaking Pools & Hot Spring Tub - cleanse and soothe with hormone optimized cold plunges and magnesium rich mineral soaking hot springs tubs
🌿 Wellness Garden Escape - relax in tranquil surroundings that nurture balance and serenity in Bathe’s new state of the art facilities (see pics on our instagram @RisingLotusAtx)

We invite you to allow yourself this sacred pause. An afternoon devoted entirely to your well-being, so you can return to your life restored, refreshed, and reconnected to yourself. Release what no longer serves, awaken your inner light, and return home to yourself with clarity, peace, and vitality. ✨

We can’t wait to see you there and welcome you into the blissful journey of soul renewal we have in store for this retreat. 🤍
