We will be meeting at Tower 24 on the sand in Santa Monica at 11:30am (please arrive on time) between Hollister Ave @ Ocean Ave. $1/hr parking (2hr max) street meter on ocean or day lot is $12.

Please bring a water bottle and either a towel/yoga mat/blanket. Sunscreen if need be.&#x20;

Event description:

Arlene will start with sharing some beautiful cacao for our heart chakras.&#x20;

Brenda will  lead a 30 min slow flow yoga session perfect for all levels of yoga and share about ear seeding.&#x20;

Arlene will close the event with a beautiful 30 min soundbath.&#x20;

Cacao and ear seeding are optional, please feel free to participate at your own accord.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that participation in outdoor yoga classes involves physical activity and may take place on uneven terrain or in unpredictable weather conditions. I recognize the potential hazards of outdoor settings, including but not limited to insect bites, sun exposure, tripping hazards, and contact with plants or wildlife. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.

HEALTH DISCLOSURE
I certify that I am in good health and physically able to participate in outdoor yoga. I agree to notify the instructor of any pre-existing conditions or limitations and understand that it is my responsibility to listen to my body and practice within my personal limits.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration for being permitted to participate in outdoor yoga classes, I voluntarily release and discharge the instructor(s), organizers, property owners, and any affiliated individuals or entities from all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation.

WEATHER & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
I acknowledge that classes may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather or environmental concerns. I accept responsibility for bringing appropriate gear such as sunscreen, bug repellent, water, and a suitable yoga mat or towel for outdoor conditions.

COVID-19 AND COMMUNICABLE DISEASES
I acknowledge the ongoing risks associated with COVID-19 and other communicable diseases, especially in public or shared outdoor spaces. I voluntarily assume these risks and release the instructor(s) and organizers from any liability related to illness or exposure.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE 
☐ I grant permission for photos or videos taken during class to be used for promotional purposes.
