Sometimes you just need to feast your soul on good vibrations and food!

There’s a saying that “if you don’t like your situation, change your vibration”. Group meditation on beautiful sanskrit mantras infused with melodic music, little snippets of wisdom and delicious vegan food cooked with love and all good vibrations are just part of that glow up package for a spiritually open minded person!

Join our Soulfeast every Sunday to reset and recharge yourself. You won’t regret it.

### **How the night will look:**

* As an extra treat to yourself, you can attend our **Restorative** **Yoga** at **6.30pm** to ease your body into the night
* At **7.30pm** we'll begin the **Soulfeast** with some kirtan (musical mantra meditation). We explore different mantras each week to help us access different moods of kirtan.
* In between mantras, we share little snippets of **yoga wisdom** for help in our daily life, stress management and going deeper into our meditative practice. Some times we may have a special guest speaker to share more insights and enlighten us.
* We move into our final mantra of the night around **8.15pm**. By this time we're feeling fully **relaxed, present and sometimes even a little groovy** (don't be afraid to clap your hands our dance).
* We end the night with a **FIRE vegan dinner, dessert and drinks**, cooked with love from home by the owners of Studio Om.

Studio Om Terms & Conditions

General Purchase Information: You have purchased a service that will be delivered to you in-studio Studio Om’s choosing.  Unless otherwise noted, all sales are final and are not refundable and not transferable, and a student Information Form and Liability Waiver where you self-attest to being Covid Vaccinated must be submitted before services are rendered.

Mat Rental: Mat rental is included with all “In Studio” class purchases.

Refund, Cancellation and Arrival Policy: Unless otherwise noted, regularly scheduled in-studio classes purchased directly through Studio Om must be canceled online 12 hours before the class start time or the class will be considered a “Late Cancel” and debited from your account. If you do not show up for a class you reserved it will be considered a “No-Show” and the class will be debited from your account. Classes canceled prior to the 12-hr Late Cancel window are considered “Early Cancel” and will be returned to your account to use within the valid period of your expiration date. All class purchases are non-refundable and subject to the expiration dates indicated at the point of sale. Exceptions will not be made. Classes packages are non-transferable.

Important Stuff: Time: We have a 5-minute late policy. Arrive early to give yourself time to sign in and change. Don’t stress, but if you are running late, the class may already be full or the door locked. If you are able to enter late, please enter the room quietly without disrupting others. If you need to leave early, tell the teacher before class and follow their guidelines. Please inform the teacher of any emergency situations and come up with a solution together.


Space: Practice awareness when placing your mat down and make space for yourself and others. It helps to stagger the mats so the front of the mats are not lined up. You may need to adjust your mat as more people enter the room to keep a good spacing vibe.

Shoes: Leave them by the studio entrance or put them inside your bag to bring into the practice room. No shoes in the practice room unless bagged!

Stuff: Please store your valuables on the shelves in the yoga room (or in the Mat Storage Closet). No tech use is allowed in practice rooms during class. Please put your phone on silent (not vibrate) and in your bag.

Thank you for helping us preserve the sacred space of the practice rooms and the overall yoga studio vibe.

Workshops and Special Events: Most workshops and special events must be canceled 48-hours before the start time.  In the case of multi-session workshops and events, cancellation must be made 48-hours before the start time of the first session.  No full or partial refunds will be given after that time.  Certain workshops and special events are non-refundable, and this is noted in their specific description. Please refer to our Arrival Policy and the specific details for the workshop you are registering for.

Schedule Change Policy: While we do our best to communicate changes in advance, please note that Studio Om reserves the right to make schedule changes at any time, including without notice, and extraordinary refunds will not be given for services that occur, including instances when the teacher is substituted or decision is made to deliver the service online through a video conferencing, streaming or rental service of Studio Om’s choosing.

Teacher Training: Please refer to the Student Agreement and Tuition Contract that you agreed to upon submitting your online application.

Private Mat Storage: Is available on a monthly recurring payment for a specific price. We reserve the right to donate mats left in our private storage area for non-payment within 1 week of non-payment.

Monthly Recurring Memberships: Monthly recurring memberships will recur forever every 30-days unless canceled by the student through your dashboard.  By purchasing the “Monthly” membership, you agree to be auto-charged every 30-days and understand that any unused class credits will not transfer to a future pay cycle. Just like Netflix, once you cancel you still have access through the end of your pay cycle. No refunds, no transfers, no carry-over class credits, no 2nd guessing!



Liability Waiver

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in yoga classes. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition, which would prevent my full participation in yoga classes.
I self-attest that I have been fully vaccinated (at least 2 shots) for Covid-19 and that I am not currently testing positive for Covid-19, I have not had a recent exposure, and that I will comply with the masking policies of Studio Om- which may include masks on the whole time or masks optional only when on your mat and may change without notice.

I understand that teachers may offer hands-on assistance to me during the course of the yoga classes that I participate in. I agree that if I wish to consent to an offer of hands-on assistance from a teacher that I will audibly give consent to the offering teacher. I agree that if wish to withdraw my consent that I will audibly notify the teacher until I receive confirmation from the teacher that they/she/he understand the change in my consent. 

I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of my participation in yoga classes or as a result of my consenting to hands-on assistance during the course of the yoga classes that I participate in. 

I will be responsible for all personal items and will not hold Studio Om or any of its employees responsible for any loss or theft.

I have read and understood the terms, conditions and expiration dates of the purchases I am making today and take responsibility for my purchases and follow the Studio Om policies as they are written. In general purchases are non-refundable unless specifically noted, expiration dates will be followed as listed in the title of the item you purchase and there are no transfers.

Please note: no-shows, late cancels (canceling in the 12 hrs prior to the class start time) or late arrivals to in person classes will deduct the class from your account. For Monthly Members, we currently do not charge for no-shows but we reserve the right at any time to change policy and charge a no-show fee for no-shows on class reservations.
