This isn’t about perfection or “fixing” yourself.

It’s about creating space to slow down, breathe, reconnect with your body, and explore what wellness actually looks like for YOU.

*  10:05 am It's Break Time - (Grab a snack and drink, see vendors).
* 10:15 am - Journal Session + Mindset Workshop with [Nandi Camille](https://www.instagram.com/nandi.camille/)
* 11:00 am - “Sustaining success a Higher Self Concept" Workshop with [Kass Gomez](https://www.instagram.com/inspiredwarriorproject/)
* 11:30 am - Lunch at Blend Co.&#x20;
* 12:00 pm - Clothing + Book Swap + Vendor Experiences (Grab [Nandi](https://www.instagram.com/nandi.camille/) or [Kass](https://www.instagram.com/inspiredwarriorproject/) for mini coaching session)
* 2:00 pm - Closing Ceremony
