Yoga Class Liability Waiver and Release
Class Details: 60-Minute Yoga Class with Saïdia Reffell

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that yoga includes physical activity and intense movement. As with any physical activity, there are inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, and cardiovascular complications. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks and understand that participation is entirely voluntary.

2. Health and Medical ConditionsI affirm that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition or physical limitation that would prevent my safe participation. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to starting this or any fitness program. I will notify the instructor of any injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions (including pregnancy) prior to the start of the 60-minute class.

3. Release of LiabilityI agree to follow the instructor’s guidance and practice within my own physical limits. I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge [Insert Instructor/Studio Name], its owners, employees, and instructors from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death occurring during or after my participation in this yoga class.
