Sound Healing at Dharma

Join us every Monday evening at Dharma Healing House for a 90-minute journey into rest, release, and reconnection.

Led by Dharma healers Nimi or Gabby, each week we’ll weave together sound healing with gentle breathwork, Reiki, and light energy work to help you slow down, settle into the body, and create space for whatever you’re ready to release.

Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other healing instruments, you’ll be invited into a deeply meditative state while receiving supportive energetic practices throughout the experience.

No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are, bring a yoga mat, and give yourself an evening to receive.
