A moment to pause, reset & reconnect.

Join me for an intimate 45-minute Sound Healing experience in the Oasis Room at The Mint Room, a beautiful art space in the heart of Miami.

Through crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls & other instruments, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation — helping you release tension, calm the mind and reconnect with yourself.

No experience needed. Just lie down, close your eyes & allow yourself to receive.

**Before you arrive:**
Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable. Bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, water, and optionally an eye mask or something to cover your eyes.

**Limited spots available — reserve your spot.**
