What happens when you stop trying to do something and simply give yourself permission to receive?

Join Danny of Native Moons for an immersive evening of sound, meditation and intentional stillness designed to help you slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself.

Through an intuitive blend of sound, guided meditation, grounding practices and spacious moments of silence, you'll be invited to step away from the constant stimulation of everyday life and explore what it feels like to simply be.

This isn't about meditating correctly or forcing your mind to become quiet. It's an opportunity to rest, listen and reconnect with the quieter parts of yourself.

This experience is for you if you're craving:

* \- A break from mental overload and constant stimulation
* \- Space to slow down and reconnect with your body
* \- An introduction to meditation or a deeper personal practice
* \- A restorative evening of sound, stillness and presence

No prior meditation or sound experience is needed. Everything is invitational.

Come as you are. Leave the doing behind.

What to bring: A yoga mat, water, a blanket or pillow and anything else that helps you feel comfortable lying down.

What to wear: Comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax.
