**Sparc Sweat Fest** is a full-scale movement, wellness, beauty, and community experience designed for the girls who want to sweat, socialize, explore, and leave with a tote bag full of things they actually want.

EVENT PARTICIPATION, LIABILITY WAIVER & MEDIA RELEASE

Event: Sparc Sweat Fest
Organizer: Sparc Social Collective LLC

By purchasing a ticket, registering for, attending, or participating in any Sparc Social Collective LLC event, including Sparc Sweat Fest (the “Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that the Event may include physical activities, fitness classes, dance, Pilates, stretching, wellness and recovery services, sound baths, and other activities that involve physical exertion.

I understand that participation in these activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, collisions, dizziness, dehydration, allergic reactions, or other physical injury.

I voluntarily choose to participate in the Event and assume all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

I understand that certain Event activities and services may be provided by independent instructors, practitioners, vendors, sponsors, or third-party businesses. My participation in any such activity is voluntary, and I understand that Sparc Social Collective LLC does not necessarily provide or directly control those third-party services.

2. HEALTH & FITNESS ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I represent that I am physically capable of participating in the activities I choose to participate in and that I will exercise reasonable judgment regarding my own health and physical limitations.

I understand that I am responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for me.

I agree to stop participating immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, discomfort, or any other concerning symptoms and, when appropriate, seek medical assistance.

I understand that Sparc Social Collective LLC and its instructors, staff, volunteers, partners, sponsors, vendors, and representatives are not providing medical advice or medical treatment through the Event.

3. WELLNESS SERVICES

The Event may include optional wellness and recovery experiences, which may include but are not limited to cryotherapy, B12 injections, compression therapy, massage, soft tissue treatments, hydration services, henna, beauty services, and other services provided by third-party professionals.

I understand that these services may have individual risks, contraindications, eligibility requirements, or restrictions.

I agree to provide accurate information to any applicable service provider and understand that the provider may refuse service if they determine that a service is not appropriate for me.

I acknowledge that any medical, wellness, beauty, or recovery service is provided by the respective third-party provider and not by Sparc Social Collective LLC.

4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and agree to hold harmless Sparc Social Collective LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, volunteers, agents, representatives, sponsors, vendors, event partners, venues, and affiliated parties (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in or attendance at the Event, including claims relating to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss, except to the extent caused by conduct that cannot legally be released under applicable law.

I understand that this waiver does not eliminate any rights or claims that cannot legally be waived.

5. PERSONAL PROPERTY

I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings during the Event.

Sparc Social Collective LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

6. EMERGENCY MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

If I experience an injury, illness, or medical emergency during the Event, I authorize Event staff or representatives to seek appropriate emergency medical assistance on my behalf when reasonably necessary.

I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE

I understand that photography, videography, audio recording, and other forms of media may take place throughout the Event.

By attending the Event, I grant Sparc Social Collective LLC and its authorized representatives permission to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, and participation in connection with the Event.

I grant Sparc Social Collective LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use these photographs, videos, recordings, and other media for legitimate business, marketing, promotional, advertising, social media, website, editorial, and archival purposes.

This may include use on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, websites, email marketing, advertisements, promotional materials, event recaps, and future Sparc Social Collective LLC marketing materials.

I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of my image, likeness, or voice.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished media before publication and understand that Sparc Social Collective LLC may edit or combine the media with other content.

I release Sparc Social Collective LLC and its authorized representatives from claims arising from the authorized use of my image, likeness, or voice as described above.

8. PERSONAL SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT

I understand that other Event attendees, sponsors, vendors, instructors, and media partners may also photograph or record the Event.

I acknowledge that Sparc Social Collective LLC cannot control or guarantee how content captured by other attendees or third parties may be used or distributed.

9. EVENT RULES & CONDUCT

I agree to follow all Event rules, venue policies, instructor directions, and reasonable safety instructions.

Sparc Social Collective LLC reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event without refund if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.

10. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

I understand that participation in all Event activities is voluntary.

I may choose not to participate in any particular class, activation, service, or experience.

11. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By signing below, or by checking the applicable acknowledgment box during Event registration or ticket purchase, I confirm that:

I have read and understand this waiver.
I understand the risks associated with participating in the Event.
I voluntarily assume those risks.
I agree to the terms of this waiver and release.
I grant the media rights described above.
I understand that I am responsible for making my own decisions regarding participation in physical and wellness activities.
I understand that this agreement is intended to be legally binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
