Event Waiver & Release of Liability

By registering for and participating in Padel & Pilates at Brisas City View (the “Padel & Pilates” event), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in Pilates, padel, and related physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, illness, or other physical harm. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Event and hereby release, waive, and discharge Gigi’s NYC, Brisas, their owners, instructors, staff, affiliates, sponsors, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including personal injury, property damage, or loss.

I understand that I am responsible for my own personal property and that neither Gigi’s NYC nor Brisas is responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

I consent to receiving basic first aid or emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary during the Event and understand that any related costs are my responsibility.

I grant permission for photographs and video taken during the Event to be used by Gigi’s NYC and Brisas for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.

By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
