3. Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless Naples Flirt Club, NGWC Studios, event organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, venues, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the event.
This includes any claims resulting from interactions with other attendees.
4. Matchmaking Communication Consent
I understand that this event includes facilitated matchmaking.
By participating, I agree that:
My first name, age range, and basic profile information may be shared with matched participants.
I may be contacted via SMS and/or email with my match results.
I may receive follow-up communication regarding future events or connection opportunities.
I understand that I may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
5. Media Release
I acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event.
By attending, I grant Naples Flirt Club / NGWC Studios permission to:
Photograph and film me
Use my image, likeness, and voice
Share content on social media, websites, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns
I understand that no compensation will be provided for use of this content.
6. Code of Conduct

Follow venue rules and staff instructions
I understand that failure to follow these standards may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
