I accept full responsibility for my interactions, communications, and decisions regarding any individual I meet through this event.
Personal Responsibility
I understand and agree that:
Participation is voluntary.
I am responsible for my own conduct and personal safety.
Any relationship, friendship, business connection, or personal interaction resulting from this event is solely my responsibility.
Organizers do not perform background checks unless specifically stated otherwise.
Organizers make no guarantees regarding compatibility, chemistry, relationships, friendships, or future interactions.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Naples Flirt Club, NGWC Studios LLC, event venues, sponsors, staff, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
Participation in the event
Interactions with other attendees
Conversations or communications before, during, or after the event
Personal relationships or dating relationships that may result
Emotional distress, disappointment, rejection, or dissatisfaction
Property loss, theft, or damage
Personal injury occurring during attendance
Code of Conduct
I agree to:
Treat all participants with respect.
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or unwanted advances.
Respect personal boundaries and consent.
Follow all venue rules and applicable laws.
I understand that Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant without refund for inappropriate behavior.
Photo & Media Release
I grant permission for photographs, videos, and recordings taken during the event to be used by Naples Flirt Club, NGWC Studios LLC, and event partners for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and advertising purposes without compensation.

Refund Policy
