Beginner COED Volleyball Training | 4pm-6pm | Mondays & Fridays

This ongoing beginner training class is designed for players who want to consistently improve their volleyball skills over time. 🏐

Each session will focus on different areas of the game, including ball control, passing, serving, hitting, arm swing, form, movement, court awareness, and overall confidence. 🤙

Instead of trying to learn everything in one day, players will build their skills week by week through structured drills, repetition, and game-like situations. As players improve, the training will continue to progress with them. 🔥

Perfect for beginner and newer intermediate players who want more reps, better fundamentals, and a consistent environment to grow their game. 😊
