and menopause—two distinct but interconnected stages in a woman’s life. This workshop is designed

to provide clarity, education, and support for those experiencing these changes or supporting a loved

*WHNP-BC, MSCP—two board-certified Women’s*

*Health Nurse Practitioners who specialize in caring for*

*women through perimenopause and menopause. As*

*members of The Menopause Society, and with Sarah*

*holding the distinction of Menopause Society Certified*

*Practitioner (MSCP), they bring evidence-based*
