We're joining our friends at Salt Fitness in Wicker Park for a Spin class with Haley Thams!

 

You'll ride alongside other kind women so no intimidating fitness energy and absolutely no pressure to keep up with the person next to you. 🙅‍♀️🚴‍♀️

 

This is a Move & Mingle event, so you'll leave with new skills and new friends, not just a good sweat!
