## East Bank Athletic x Goodmiles Running are teaming up to bring Milwaukee a new summer fitness series - part race, part strength, all community 🏃‍♂️💪



Welcome to **Spin the Block**: Block Party Edition&#x20;

**9AM to 12PM.**



* **9:00 AM:** Community Run&#x20;
* **10:00 AM:** Spin the Block Workout&#x20;



Spectators and kids welcome throughout the entire event! No sign up required for community run.&#x20;

Run distances availble: 2 and 3 mile options as well as walking.



**Raffle Prizes:**

* **Grand Prize (Goodmiles):** One winner will receive a free pair of shoes plus a free Goodmiles outfit (top and bottom), with a total value of up to **$388**.
* **Additional Prizes:**
  * (2) $25 Goodmiles Gift Cards
  * (2) Pairs of Altra shoes



**How it works:** • Teammates run the block 🏃 • Then throws down in parking lot workout 💥 • Then you switch - again and again 🔄



**Registration:** • Both teammates must sign up individually • Be sure to list your partner during registration



• Don’t have a partner? Comment on our Instagram post to find one, then complete the official SweatPals registration together

I agree to follow all event rules, instructions, and safety guidelines and understand that I am responsible for participating within my own physical abilities.

I understand that photos and/or videos may be taken during the event and may be used by East Bank Athletic & Social for promotional, marketing, social media, or other business purposes.

I understand that East Bank Athletic & Social is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
