Welcome to **Spin the Block**.

**How it works:** • One teammate runs the block 🏃 • The other throws down in a garage workout 💥 • Then you switch - again and again 🔄

**Registration:** • Both teammates must sign up individually • Be sure to list your partner during registration

• Don’t have a partner? Comment on our Instagram post to find one, then complete the official SweatPals registration together

**Divisions:** • Women’s Doubles • Men’s Doubles • Mixed Doubles

SPIN THE BLOCK EVENT LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation
I understand that participation in the “Spin the Block” community event hosted by East Bank Athletic & Social is voluntary and may involve physical activity, outdoor conditions, crowds, music, games, food and beverage service, and other event-related activities.

2. Assumption of Risk
I knowingly assume all risks associated with attending and participating in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, accidents, slips, falls, or other unforeseen incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.

3. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless East Bank Athletic & Social, its owners, employees, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, costs, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the event.

4. Medical Treatment
I authorize event staff to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary during the event. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

5. Personal Property
I understand that East Bank Athletic & Social is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

6. Photo & Media Release
I grant permission for East Bank Athletic & Social to photograph or record the event and to use my image, likeness, or voice in promotional materials, social media, and marketing related to the event without compensation.

7. Compliance with Rules
I agree to follow all event rules, staff instructions, and applicable laws. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
