Spring Break Splash Water Slide & Activity Waiver

Event: Spring Break Splash

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in water activities, inflatable water slides, splash areas, roller skating, pickleball, and other recreational activities at The Woods involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Slipping or falling on wet surfaces
• Collisions with other participants
• Injuries related to water slides or recreational equipment
• Minor injuries such as scrapes, bruises, bruising, sprains, or other physical injury

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in activities at The Woods.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Woods Projects LLC, The Woods, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in activities at The Woods, including the Spring Break Splash water slide event.

This release includes injuries or damages that may occur while participating in activities or while present on the premises.

3. Parent / Guardian Consent for Minors

If signing on behalf of a minor, I certify that:

• I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor listed below
• I give permission for the minor to participate in all activities at The Woods
• I accept responsibility for the minor’s participation and supervision

4. Safety Rules

Participants agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions, including but not limited to:

• No running in splash or water slide areas
• Use slides and equipment only as intended
• Follow all staff safety instructions

Woods Projects LLC reserves the right to remove any participant who does not follow safety guidelines.

5. Medical Authorization

In the event of an injury or emergency, I authorize staff of Woods Projects LLC to obtain medical treatment if necessary and if I cannot be immediately reached.

6. Photo and Media Release

I grant permission for photographs or video taken during the event to be used by The Woods and Woods Projects LLC for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.
