Join us for a restorative Spring Equinox healing experience designed to support nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and deep relaxation as we transition into a new season.



The Spring Equinox marks a moment of balance — when day and night are equal and the energy of the earth begins to shift toward renewal and growth. This gathering offers space to slow down, release what winter has been holding, and welcome the season ahead with clarity and intention.



✨ This immersive experience combines:

• Reiki energy healing

• Sound bath meditation

• Vibro-acoustic sound therapy beds

Together, these modalities help guide the body into a state of deep restoration and energetic reset.

🌿 How the Experience Flows

Participants will be gently divided into two small groups to maintain an intimate and spacious environment.



✨ Part One

One group will recline into vibro-acoustic sound therapy beds, where healing frequencies and layered soundscapes move through the body to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.

Participants will be cocooned with blankets, eye masks, and calming aromatherapy.



At the same time, the other group will be guided through a restorative sound bath meditation while receiving Reiki energy support throughout the space.



🔄 Part Two

Groups will then switch so that everyone receives the full experience — both vibro-acoustic immersion and Reiki-supported sound bath.

This intentional structure allows each participant to fully relax and receive the benefits of each modality without rush or overcrowding.



🕊 Integration

We will close the experience with time for gentle integration, allowing participants to slowly return from the session feeling grounded, restored, and aligned for the season ahead.

I acknowledge that I am choosing to participate of my own free will.

2. Wellness Services Disclaimer

I understand that the services provided during this event are intended to support relaxation, mindfulness, and overall well-being.

These services are not medical treatment, medical advice, or therapy, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

I understand that the facilitators are not acting as licensed medical professionals.

If I have any medical concerns, I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before participating.

3. Personal Responsibility

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during this event.

I agree to inform the facilitator of any conditions that may affect my participation, including but not limited to:

• Pregnancy
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Sound sensitivity
• Heart conditions
• Recent surgery or injuries
• Serious medical or psychological conditions
• Any condition that may be affected by meditation, sound, or vibrational therapies

I understand that I may choose to stop or modify my participation at any time.

4. Assumption of Risk

I understand that wellness practices such as meditation, sound healing, energy work, and vibrational therapy may create physical, emotional, or energetic responses.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in these activities.

5. Vibro-Acoustic Sound Therapy

I understand that vibro-acoustic therapy beds use sound frequencies and vibration intended to support relaxation and nervous system regulation.

If at any time I experience discomfort, dizziness, emotional distress, or any other adverse reaction, I will notify the facilitator and may stop participation.

6. Consent to Reiki Energy Work

I understand that Reiki energy healing may involve light physical touch or hands placed near the body.

I understand that touch is optional and I may decline or request no touch at any time.

I agree to communicate any boundaries or preferences to the facilitator.

7. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Higher Vibration Living, the event facilitators, staff, volunteers, and venue from any claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, or losses that may arise from my participation in this event.

I acknowledge that I am participating at my own risk.

8. Photo & Media Notice

I understand that photographs or video footage may be taken during the event for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes related to Higher Vibration Living.

Participants will be respected if they prefer not to be photographed.

If I choose not to be photographed, I understand that I should inform the event host so reasonable efforts can be made to avoid capturing my image.

9. Agreement

By signing below, I confirm that:

• I accept responsibility for my own well-being during the experience
