A Pilates, Paint & Plant Experience

Join us for a beautiful Sunday Morning designed to help you move your body, get creative, and connect with an amazing group of women ✨

We’ll begin with a 45-minute mat Pilates class focused on full body movement, strength, and feeling good in your body. From there, we’ll transition into a creative experience where you’ll paint your own terracotta flower pot and plant a spring flower to take home 🌷

Everything is thoughtfully curated so you can simply show up, be present, and enjoy the moment 🤍

What’s included:

– Plant your own spring flower (soil + flowers provided)
– All materials included (pots, paint, brushes, soil, flowers)
