We’ll have MCs, a live DJ, sponsor presence, and a full floor of athletes moving at the same time, all working to create the feel and environment of a HYROX event.



**How It Compares**

HYROX features 8 kilometers of running across 8 stations. Squatch Rox includes 4 kilometers with fewer stations, creating a sharper, more concentrated challenge.



**This is ideal for first-timers wanting to experience the environment, or for athletes preparing for HYROX Houston who want an intensity hit without the full race volume.**
