Kezar Track Club
This group started four months ago as 16 friends training to survive their first Hyrox in Las Vegas (Feb '26). But somewhere between the stadium stairs and the sprint ladders, it became a Sunday ritual we all look forward to.
Now, we’re opening it up to meet new friends! Whether you're training for your next Hyrox, or just looking for a high-energy way to start your Sunday, come sweat with us. Our group has a wide range of fitness levels from folks just getting into running to ex-D1 athletes but the workouts work for all!
We meet at 10:00 AM every Sunday at Kezar Stadium.
THE WORKOUT (Ladders, Stairs, Sprints):
We keep the "Hyrox" spirit alive with a blend of running and functional work. Expect:
• The Stairs: Stadium climbs to build power.
• The Ladders: Ascending/descending reps of bodyweight movements (burpees, lunges) mixed with run intervals.
• The Sprints: Explosive track work to empty the tank.
We typically grab coffee at Flywheel after for those interested!
