Join us for a night of laughter and light movement with Austin's funniest yoga class presented in partnership with Stand Up Comedy, Sit Down Yoga and Girl, Get After It.

This event will feature an hour of live stand up comedy, facilitated social connection and chair yoga get you moving through your giggles.&#x20;

Stand Up Comedy, Sit Down Yoga blends standup and storytelling with breath work, yoga and meditation. Girl Get After It for this event. Follow them @ggaiaustin. GGAI helps women meet new friends and try new things in the health, fitness and outdoor space, through monthly, in-person events. We host everything from HIIT classes and hot pilates to Ladybird lake walks and yoga in the park.
