Each session is designed to help you sharpen your focus, quiet the noise, and fortify your mind, just like you train your body in the gym. We’ll dive into guided meditation, explore timeless Stoic principles, and discuss how to apply them to real-world challenges—so you can show up as the strongest version of yourself in every area of life.

We’ll be starting at Desnudo Coffee and walking to a nearby park for our meditation session—weather permitting. This short walk will set the tone, helping us transition from the chaos of the week into a state of presence and clarity. Once we arrive, we’ll settle in, get grounded, and dive into focused breathwork and meditation. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll hold the session indoors, but either way, expect to leave sharper, calmer, and more locked in for the week ahead.
