Join us for a high energy wellness event bringing together fitness, recovery, and community in Austin. This is not your typical event. We are combining a 5K run, group workout, and a full recovery and social experience all in one morning.

10:00 – 11:00 AM: Community 5K + group workout
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Sauna, cold plunge, pool, DJ, vendors, and social

• Wellness vendors and activations
• DJ and music
• Pool hang + social

We are expecting 200+ attendees from the Austin fitness and wellness community. Whether you are a runner, lifter, or just getting into it, this is a space to connect, move, and recharge.
