# STOKE FIRE PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By registering for and attending this Stoke Fire event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

* I understand that participation in this event, including but not limited to running, fitness classes, Pilates, strength training, stretching, sauna use, cold plunges, recovery activities, vendor activations, and other event activities involves inherent risks that may result in injury, illness, permanent disability, or death.

* I certify that I am physically able to participate and have consulted a physician if I have any concerns about my health or ability to participate.

* I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this event, including but not limited to falls, collisions, dehydration, heat-related illness, equipment failure, uneven terrain, weather conditions, vehicle traffic, negligence of other participants, and the risks associated with sauna and cold plunge use.

* I understand that participation in the sauna and cold plunge is entirely voluntary and that I am solely responsible for determining whether these activities are appropriate for me.

* I agree to follow all instructions provided by event staff, volunteers, venue personnel, and instructors. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in my removal from the event without refund.

* I release and hold harmless Stoke Fire, its owners, employees, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, instructors, event partners, venue owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

* I understand that Stoke Fire may photograph or record the event and grant permission for my likeness, image, voice, and appearance to be used in photographs, videos, advertisements, social media, and other promotional materials without compensation.

* I understand that this event is held rain or shine unless otherwise announced by Stoke Fire.

* I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own personal belongings during the event.

* I understand that tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Stoke Fire.

* I certify that I am at least 18 years old or, if under 18, that I have the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on my behalf.

By completing my registration and attending this event, I acknowledge that I have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver and Release of Liability.
