Join us on the eve of the Strawberry Full Moon for an evening of restoration, reflection, and connection. 🌝

Traditionally, the Strawberry Moon represents abundance, gratitude, and honoring the growth you’ve cultivated throughout the year. As we move into the heart of summer, this experience invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for intentional reflection.

The evening includes:

We’ll begin with a guided reflection inspired by the Strawberry Moon, offering an opportunity to pause, acknowledge your growth, and set intentions for the season ahead.

Then we will move into gentle restorative movement to release tension and regulate the nervous system, followed by a deeply immersive sound journey designed to encourage relaxation and inner stillness. 

We will close will tea, sweet treats, magnesium infusions, and community connection. 

Schedule: 4:00 PM — Check-In
4:15 PM —  Reflection + Opening Intention 4:30 PM — Restore 5:15 PM — Sound Journey 6:00 PM — Tea + Sweet Treats 

All experience levels are welcome.
