Join us for **STRENGTH En Nosotros:** a high-energy, soul-driven wellness experience honoring Latinx leaders through movement, music, and community.

Set along Chicago’s riverfront, this immersive pop-up brings together top Latinx instructors for a curated day of classes, all powered by **Latin beats**, creating a rhythm-driven flow that connects culture with movement.

We begin the morning together with a **10:00 AM community walk/run (30 minutes)** along the river, setting the tone, building connection, and moving as one.

* **11:00 AM Fuerza (STRENGTH) HIIT** – powerful intervals designed to build endurance and resilience
* **11:30 AM Reggeaton Yoga Sculpt** – strength + flow infused with heat, resistance, and rhythm
* **12PM Perreo Pilates** – core-driven, controlled, and deeply energizing
* **12:30 PM Body Liberation Dance Finale** – a high-vibe, expressive closing experience rooted in freedom, culture, and joy

🎶 **Every class is set to Latin beats**, from reggaeton to Afro-Latin rhythms, creating an immersive, culturally rich fitness experience.



Between sessions, reset and recharge with **Recovery on the Riverfront**, featuring:

* **EMBR** (contrast therapy + cold immersion)
* **Riverwalk Saunas** for heat, detox, and recovery

This experience is about more than fitness — it’s about representation, culture, and collective strength.

PARTICIPATION WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, the undersigned, in consideration for being permitted to participate in events, workouts, activations, classes, experiences, and community activities hosted, organized, or sponsored by STRENGTH IN THE CITY, its parent company, affiliates, partners, sponsors, and collaborators (collectively, “STRENGTH”), hereby agree to the following:

1. AGREEMENT UPON REGISTRATION OR TICKET PURCHASE

By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or otherwise participating in any STRENGTH IN THE CITY Activity, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability. I understand that my registration or ticket purchase constitutes a legally binding acceptance of this agreement, even without a physical signature.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby waive, release, and discharge STRENGTH, including its founders, partners, employees, contractors, trainers, volunteers, sponsors, venues, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to my participation in any STRENGTH activities or events (“Activities”), including travel to and from such Activities.

This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from:

Personal injury
Illness
Property damage
Disability or death
Negligence of the Released Parties (to the fullest extent permitted by law)
3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in STRENGTH Activities involves inherent physical and environmental risks, including but not limited to:

Strenuous physical activity
Equipment use
Outdoor and indoor conditions
Contact with other participants
Weather-related risks

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from negligence.

4. HEALTH & FITNESS ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I certify that:

I am in good physical condition and able to participate safely
I understand my physical limits and will act responsibly
I will stop participation if I feel pain, discomfort, or risk of injury
I am solely responsible for my health and well-being

I acknowledge that STRENGTH does not provide medical advice or guarantee medical supervision at events.

5. RULES & COMMUNITY EXPECTATIONS

I agree to:

Follow all instructions, guidelines, and safety protocols
Respect all participants, staff, and spaces
Act in alignment with the STRENGTH community values

I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from Activities without refund.

6. VENUE & CONDITIONS

I acknowledge that Activities may take place at third-party venues or public/private spaces.
I accept responsibility for:

Inspecting conditions
Choosing to participate despite any perceived risks

I understand STRENGTH is not responsible for:

Weather conditions
Venue conditions outside its control
7. MEDICAL CONSENT

In the event of injury or emergency, I authorize STRENGTH representatives to obtain medical treatment on my behalf if necessary.

I understand:

Medical personnel may not always be present
I am responsible for any medical costs incurred
8. MEDIA RELEASE

I grant STRENGTH permission to capture and use my image, likeness, voice, and participation in photos, videos, and content for marketing, promotional, and community purposes without compensation.

9. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

I agree to receive communications from STRENGTH related to:

Events
Community updates
Offers and partnerships

I may opt out at any time.

10. MINORS

If signing on behalf of a participant under 18:

I am the parent/legal guardian
I accept full responsibility for the minor’s participation
I agree to all terms on their behalf
11. LEGAL TERMS

This agreement:

Is intended to be as broad as permitted by law
Is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois
Has venue in Cook County, Illinois
Remains valid even if any portion is deemed unenforceable
12. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I confirm that:

I have read and fully understand this waiver
I understand I am giving up substantial legal rights
I sign this agreement voluntarily
