**STRENGTH SHOWDOWN** (Battle of the wellness community) is coming to your city.



Gather your crew. This is a team-based fitness competition built for connection, community, and friendly competition. Teams of four will represent their local wellness community as they battle through high-energy challenges designed to test teamwork, not just individual fitness.



Whether you're representing a run club, walk club, fitness studio, gym, CrossFit box, training community, sports club, or another local wellness organization, this is your chance to put your community on the map.



Expect heat-building workouts, head-to-head challenges, live music, and a crowd that's just as focused on celebrating one another as it is on winning. This isn't about being the fittest person in the room; it's about showing up with your people, representing your community, and leaving it all on the competition floor.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**

* **-Event runs from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.** Teams will be assigned a designated competition wave within that time window, allowing you to compete during your scheduled time while enjoying the event before or after your heat.
* -Teams of four (4) participants (no more that 2 men per team)
* -Tickets for STRENGTH SHOWDOWN are sold by team, not individually. One ticket purchase registers one full team of four participants, so only one team member needs to complete the purchase.
* -Each team must represent a local wellness community and identify the organization or community they are competing for during registration (examples include run clubs, walk clubs, fitness studios, gyms, CrossFit boxes, fitness communities, sports clubs, or other wellness organizations).
* -Timed stations and head-to-head competition challenges
* -Live DJ and music throughout the event
* -Community, connection, and competition, STRENGTH IN THE CITY style.
* -All fitness levels are welcome. This is about showing up together.

Team Entry (4 Participants)  Grab your crew and lock in your spot. This ticket secures entry for one full team of four (4) participants at $25 per person.  Each team will compete together throughout the event, representing your fitness or wellness community in a series of high-energy, team-based challenges designed to test teamwork, connection, and endurance.  One purchase = entry for all four teammates.
