By participating in this Striive NJ Pickleball Event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
	1.	Assumption of Risk:
I understand that pickleball and physical activity involve inherent risks, including the potential for injury. I affirm that I am in good health and able to participate.
	2.	Liability Release:
I release Striive New Jersey, its organizers, staff, hosts, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, or damages that may occur during or as a result of my participation in this event.
	3.	Personal Responsibility:
I agree to participate safely, follow instructions, and take responsibility for my own health, safety, and belongings.
	4.	Media Release:
I grant Striive New Jersey permission to capture, use, and publish photos or videos of me from the event for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. I understand that this content may appear on public platforms.
	5.	Voluntary Participation:
I understand that participation is voluntary and at my own risk, and by attending, I agree to all terms above.
