\*6:30PM: experience [Zest Cycle'](https://www.zest-cycle.com/)s peel-ed back 45-minute rhythm ride with This ride includes simple movements and short combos for a foundational ride!&#x20;



\*7:15PM Light Snacks and Refreshments Post Class to celebrate and more time to connect!&#x20;

* Water Bottle
* Spin shoes if you've got em' (the bikes are SPD (Shimano Pedaling Dynamics) and Delta cycling shoe compatible.&#x20;
* If you don't have shoes, bring $3 to rent a pair!

I recognize that the program may involve strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to, muscle strength and endurance training, cardiovascular conditioning and training, and other various fitness activities.
a-In addition, I am fully aware of the risks and hazards connected with the participation in this event including, but not limited to, physical injury or even death. I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in this program knowing that the associated physical activity may be hazardous to me and/or my property. I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS OR LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, THAT MAY BE SUSTAINED BY ME, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OWNED BY ME, AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT.
