Join us for an afternoon of fitness, fun, connection, and as Tay says - dance party on a bike that goes no where! (space is limited to 15 spots!)

\*6:15 PM: come on in, check in and get settled. Mix + Mingle with your new spin sisters!

\*6:30PM: experience [Zest Cycle'](https://www.zest-cycle.com/)s peel-ed back 45-minute rhythm ride with This ride includes simple movements and short combos for a foundational ride!&#x20;



\*7:15PM Light Snacks and Refreshments Post Class to celebrate and more time to connect!&#x20;



**What to bring:**

* Positive & fun vibes
* Water Bottle
* Spin shoes if you've got em' (the bikes are SPD (Shimano Pedaling Dynamics) and Delta cycling shoe compatible.&#x20;
* If you don't have shoes, bring $3 to rent a pair!
