*6:15 PM: come on in, check in and get settled. Mix + Mingle with your new spin sisters!

*6:30PM: experience Zest Cycle's peel-ed back 45-minute rhythm ride with This ride includes simple movements and short combos for a foundational ride!

 

*7:15PM Light Snacks and Refreshments Post Class to celebrate and more time to connect!

 

What to bring:

• Positive & fun vibes
• Water Bottle
• Spin shoes if you've got em' (the bikes are SPD (Shimano Pedaling Dynamics) and Delta cycling shoe compatible.
• If you don't have shoes, bring $3 to rent a pair!
