Join us for an afternoon of fitness, fun, connection, and challenging pilates sculpt sweat sesh! (space is limited to 20 spots!)

**About the Session**

Pilates Sculpt is a dynamic Pilates class combining core work, bridging, side-lying series, and light cardio bursts. Move through multiple positions—supine to all fours—for a full-body burn that stays controlled and intentional.

She Shop Fitness Studio is more than just a place to work out — it’s a community built for women to move, connect, and feel like they belong. Founded by best friends Samantha Minich and Catharina “Cat,” She Shop was created to make fitness feel approachable, inclusive, and genuinely enjoyable for women of all levels. With one membership, members can enjoy a variety of classes including Pilates, yoga, strength training, cardio interval training, and dance cardio. At its core, She Shop believes movement should be something you enjoy, not dread, and has created a welcoming space where women can build strength, confidence, friendships, and a sustainable relationship with fitness.

BY ATTENDING THIS EVENT, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS EVENT MAY INCLUDE PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES SUCH AS FITNESS CLASSES, MOVEMENT, OR OTHER WELLNESS EXPERIENCES. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL RISKS, BOTH KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INJURY, ILLNESS, OR ACCIDENT THAT MAY OCCUR DURING PARTICIPATION.
2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR INJURY
I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE THE BEAUTY BOOST INDY, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, VOLUNTEERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR INJURY, ILLNESS, ACCIDENT, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT.
3. THIRD-PARTY VENDORS & SERVICE PROVIDERS
THE BEAUTY BOOST INDY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY ACTIONS, NEGLIGENCE, MISCONDUCT, OR OMISSIONS OF ANY THIRD-PARTY VENDORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, PARTNERS, OR OTHER PARTICIPANTS INVOLVED IN THE EVENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT ALL SERVICES, TREATMENTS, DEMONSTRATIONS, OR ACTIVATIONS PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES ARE AT MY OWN RISK.
4. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PERSONAL ITEMS
I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE BEAUTY BOOST INDY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PERSONAL PROPERTY AT THE EVENT.
5. MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY
I CERTIFY THAT I AM PHYSICALLY ABLE TO PARTICIPATE AND WILL SEEK MEDICAL CLEARANCE IF NECESSARY. I AGREE THAT I AM SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS, TREATMENTS, OR EMERGENCIES THAT MAY OCCUR.
6. MEDIA RELEASE
I GRANT PERMISSION FOR THE BEAUTY BOOST INDY TO PHOTOGRAPH, FILM, OR OTHERWISE RECORD THE EVENT AND TO USE MY IMAGE, LIKENESS, AND VOICE FOR MARKETING, PROMOTIONAL, OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES WITHOUT COMPENSATION.
7. NON-REFUNDABLE TICKET POLICY
I UNDERSTAND THAT ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ILLNESS, SCHEDULING CONFLICTS, PERSONAL EMERGENCIES, WEATHER, OR FAILURE TO ATTEND. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
8. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
BY ATTENDING THIS EVENT, I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT THIS WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
