*Strong & Social* is a curated women’s wellness experience blending movement, recovery, and connection in an elevated setting.



We’ll move through four distinct eras together:

**Sweat** — a high-energy bootcamp designed to challenge and empower.
**Reset** — guided breathwork to ground and recalibrate.
**Glow** — curated recovery stations to restore and recharge.
**Strong** — intentional community conversation, activations and Ask a Coach Q\&A.



This is more than a workout.



It’s a space for women to gather in real life, build meaningful connections, and move with intention.

Hosted by Seattle Wellness Society, a 15,000-member women’s community, and introducing HERA — a new era of women’s strength.

By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Strong & Social Bootcamp hosted by Seattle Wellness Society, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in physical exercise, including but not limited to strength training, cardio activity, mobility work, and breathwork, involves inherent risks including injury, illness, or physical strain.

I certify that I am physically capable of participating in this activity and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to participating if I have any health concerns.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Strong & Social Bootcamp and related activities.

I release and hold harmless Seattle Wellness Society, its founder, instructors, staff, partners, vendors, sponsors, and venue from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of participation in this event.

I understand that I am responsible for exercising within my own limits and modifying movements as needed.

I grant permission for photographs and video taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise communicated in writing prior to the event.

By attending and participating, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
