This is a co-ed event — everyone is welcome to come out and support the incredible women in our community.



The morning will begin with a 45-minute strength-focused workout led by Divine Fitness, followed by a 45-minute mobility session with Emily S. of Elemental Flow. This experience is designed for all fitness levels, with a focus on building strength, improving mobility, and boosting confidence.



After the workout, stay and connect with local women-owned businesses. Explore their products, discover new services, and support the brands that make our community thrive.



Your workout ticket includes a goodie bag filled with products from our sponsors, plus access to raffle giveaways throughout the event.
