Welcome to Stryde Social! We host wellness events to bring the community together and help you make new friends & crushes. All of our events are made for all levels. Less about the physical activity, more about the socialization. Here's our little twist, SINGLES wear black, & COUPLES wear color to all of our events! Our events: - Large scalled wellness events with multiple workout classes, a 1 mile walk, a 2 mile run, paddle ball, cold plunging, saunas, exciting giveaways, elite vendors, & lots of fun! - 2 mile run OR 1 mile walk + social hour!
