Come hang out, meet some new people, and get a KILLER Rumble workout in with us October 1st at 6:30 PM!

🩹 Hand wraps = $10
Hand wraps are required to wear underneath the gloves — bring your own or grab a pair from us for $10!

Here’s what class looks like:
🥊 Half boxing-inspired cardio — learn simple punches and combinations with a certified trainer while working the aqua-filled boxing bags
🏋️ Half strength training — dumbbells, bodyweight exercises & resistance work on the floor side
🎶 Dark room + loud music + high energy — more of a workout party than a traditional boxing class!
