This unique experience blends Yoga, Pilates, Stretching, and Meditation with the calming sounds of the ocean and the beauty of the natural surroundings. Find serenity and inner peace as you connect with the elements and deepen your practice.&#x20;

What to bring:&#x20;
\- a bottle of water
\- a towel with you
\- comfortable fitness attire
\- a sweater to stay warm during the meditation&#x20;
\- classes can be done barefoot
Designed for all ages & fitness levels. No prior experience is needed.

In consideration of the Participant(s) being allowed by STUDIO BRAVA & LEVEL FITNESS doing business as B-BOARD® to participate in and/or attend any and all activities associated with B-BOARD®. I hereby agree to waive any and all claims, release, discharge, hold harmless, indemnify, defend, and covenant not to sue, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, LEVEL FITNESS doing business as B-BOARD® from and against any and all claims or demands due to or arising from bodily injury, personal injury, illness or death, as well as any and all property damages sustained of any nature which might be incurred by me and/or the Participant while participating in said activities. By signing  below, the Participant acknowledges and accepts the risks of physical injury associated with participation in the activity described above. The Participant accepts personal financial responsibility for any medical expenses, bodily injury, personal injury, and property damages sustained during on in any way connected with or related to the activities. I knowingly and fully assume all risks, for myself and my child/ children, associated with participation. 
If this person is under age 18, legal guardian must sign below. I certify that I am the legal guardian of the model named above. I give my consent to the foregoing on his or her behalf.
