Pilates

1. Acknowledgment of Participation

By signing up for The Fall Reset Studio Session, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in an event hosted by Faro Body Studio that includes breathwork and mat Pilates. I understand that these activities involve physical movement that may include stretching, balance, strength, and breathing exercises.

2. Health and Safety

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in the described activities and have consulted my physician if necessary. I agree to listen to my body, take breaks as needed, and inform the instructor of any limitations, injuries, or conditions that may affect my participation.

3. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in physical activity carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, or dizziness. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, associated with participation in this event.

4. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I release and hold harmless Faro Body Studio, Palmi + Sano Wellness Studio, and all affiliated instructors, partners, and sponsors from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from my participation in this event.

5. Photography and Media Consent

I understand that photos and/or videos may be taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes. By completing my registration, I grant Faro Body Studio and its partners permission to use my image, likeness, or voice in digital and print media without compensation.

If I do not wish to be photographed or filmed, I will inform the event organizers before the start of the session.

6. Acknowledgment

By submitting my registration for this event, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver, that I am participating voluntarily, and that I release Faro Body Studio and all affiliated parties from any liability related to my participation.
